Since when can we Vendor Charms?

I don't know if this was a patch screw up or what, but I found someone selling Charms somehow, and I'm wondering how this is possible. Please leave your ideas of how this happened.

You get those charms from a 9x quest, they are bugged i guess.

Well its a charm of might 20% ..... of course itll be expensive, but I think in-game they'd sell for 2g per unit if we could. And it's 10g because it's VERY rare to see a chamr of might being sold in vendor.

20% dmg/def for 2 hours.... I could get a nice statted set item for 2g and that would last me week/months.

1 hour, and hat's because I'm guessing your low level, theres alot of high lvls with 5gem+ and cud afford this ez.

Read the description in the picture. It says 2 hours. As for low leveled, I am 64 and I don't know how many people are walkin around with gems tucked under their belts on Epith. I'm sitting at a lousy 1.5g in storage and around 300s on me. Then again I have a few g worth to sell.

And are you saying that 10g is actually a fair price on a 2hour item...?

Yea lvl95 quest rewards 2hr 20% might charm,it doesnt work and can be vendored.

Well, on teva there's people with gems. And I didnt say it was worth 10g, i'd say 2-5g maybe.

And there's alot of rich ppl who have full +9 who cud buy the charm... instead of spending IRL money they cud just buy them form a vendor and ppl wud most liekly overprice it.

The tiger rac.? People probably don't want to buy it incase they think it violates ToS. Even though I know someone posted something asking that and I believe it was SKiNG who said it was a prize for an event and since the GM had to trade it to the winner it was tradable and the winer was free to do with it what they wished.
