Reciently I was a victom of a trojan rat by a fiesta player. I wiki what a rat was and it is as follow
Remote administrative trojan
Allows someone to control every part of your computer including uploading downloading live screen capter control of both mouse and keyboard and keylogger

Apperently this person was on my and my familys account doing illegal things and when i sent a ticket after being banned for no reason i serched my pc and for this rat and added to the ticket and did virustotals and avast screen shots and sent them in along with the players id that sent me the picture called nude_pic.exe.

Well they wont talk to me or even unbann my accounts after getting rid of this rat thing and are now being very rude to me and my friends banning ppl with different ip address and more so be advised if you are a victom of a hacker do not think outspark is going to help you or even talk to you, your accounts will be banned and you will never get them back for something you never did

Experience tell me is it is one subject I will never open. All BAT and EXE file are bad news. Any pic never will have that ending. Basic computer 101 also watch out for xyz.jpg.exe It will carry the icon of picture icon but is actually a exe file.

well thx for that but my whole question about this is why am i still banned even after emailing susan choe and csr's with screen shots, and further more why did they bann ppl that live in my area with different ip address when one of them i know hasnt been on in 3 weeks

Yea it is funny but all joking aside lets get to the problem at hand we have hackers taking not only accounts but intire pc's and ppl r getting banned cuz of things they didnt do

Actually he has a good point here.

he got banned "for something he didnt do" use common sense, good security protocols and upkeep of his system.

Just remember kids ignorance is never a valid excuse.

At the end of the day your account was compromised and violated the ToS. OS did the right thing administratively.

Sorry to say but this will be locked as account actions arent to be discussed on the forums anyway.

Honestly they did do the right thing. i reformated my pc redid windows and now i feel they should give it back seeing how it wont happen on that account now, and further more the account deal is stupid cuz player have the right to know how these hackers are doing what they are doing so they dont have the same thing happen to them. Another thing to why did they bann my sister inlaws account she lives three blocks away and is on a different ip address. this is something players have the right to know also and that is they bann anyone close to you if they bann you to which is bs i think its becouse she came up here and used my ip 3 months ago so they banned here for using my ip even tho it was no where near the time of the insadent

how are they supposed to know that the accounts havent been compromised by you're lack of security.

Its a precaution their logs indicated multiple logins from that IP with different accounts, it's only natural that they'd take the secure way and ban them all and all the IP's they've been used on.

Especially if as you've said it hijacked the machine. Whose to say they wont MAC or IP spoof your addresses.

yes i did they wont respond to me so i went higher up, it so happens i went all the way up. i also filed complaint also cuz i spent hundreds of dallors on spark cash and other means buying all blue stuff staff one being a hellgate +9 on this game just to have it banned for something i didnt do

Avast is know to be one of the best free anti-virus / malware / spyware tools out there with regular constant updates.

if anything you would think the would unbann it and keep a close close watch on the account you know too ensure it dont happen granette they dont have a person for every account but still or even unbann it on the primuse that if it happens again it will be perminately baned. i went thru all the work thrus anti virus and protocols well at least the computer guy did and you would think they would give it a chance

really now all you have to do is look at the vps and check the updates on the site to see what backdoors they are patching.

The CSR's are not ignoring you. It can take several days for them to address a ticket, especially over the weekend, due to the fact that there are hundreds of other tickets in the system along with yours. No matter how much sparkcash you've spent on the game, you still have to wait like everyone else.

Emailing Susan really won't do much good considering she doesn't deal with the account issues and that part of the company.

Also, Outspark really has no way of knowing when a character or account violates the rules may be influenced by a virus or whatnot. If it is found breaking the rules, action will be taken. No matter if you were behind the wheel or not.

In the future, be more mindful of things you may download onto your computer.

Since we do not allow discussions of one's punishment on the forums, I will have to close this. However, thank you for the warning you also have within the thread.Hopefully this will remind people to be more careful of what they put on their computer, sites they visit, etc.
