It's motive, not motto.

The answer to that is, they remove quite a bit of gold from the economy. With other powerhouses like Engur sucking up gold and keeping it in storage too (as opposed to spending), they keep inflation in check. Be grateful.

At the same time, they release their epic +9s into the economy. This is good for the people. More resources available.
