KSing is allowed at this game? O.o

I just wanna know if KSing is allowed on this game (sos), cause it always happens to me, even knowing that the maps are big...a lot of monsters...but some ppl like to kill my monsters...and one of them once, said that he doesn't understand why i got angry cause he KSed me...(he thinks that's normal, but to me is not, and i really hate that).
And if it's really not allowed (is what i believe) what can i do with the ppl who ksed me, i have to take a SS and post? where? (this happens today....but from now on, i'll take the SS's, cause if i have to post them, i'll have it...)

It can be of an annoyance having another out of no where KSing your monster, though, I do not think the GM has made any such rules against Kill Steal, or none that I am aware of.

Yeah, cause i think that are many monsters in the map,i'm i right? so, why they decided to kill our monsters? because they are too weak to kill by themselves? omg...
If there are no rullers...that any GM made...here comes a simple thing that i ask: Please, dont allow KSers...and if that happens, they should be banned, cause thats not even a little cool....we want to play a game...that WE can kill the monters...alone, by ourselves...if anyone wants to kill someone's elses monsters, plz...make a party !!!

Yea, ksers suk alot.... one time a player said, " OMG! lets help this poor noob" *kill steals my monster"... yea, its really annoying... =/
