I'm about to purchase a mount and I don't really mind the price. I wanted to know if anyone knew the speeds of the "Permanent" mounts. If anyone knows, please tell me soon. Thank you

I believe the permanent earth dragon is 200 but i'm not quite sure

Nope dragon is 240 The fastest perminent mount.

do they use flotation stones? cause if the only money i spend is the mount itself then i'm totally getting one

No, they have to have Pet Food that you buy with SC but they last at a good rate..or at least for now they do.

It's the same rate as the in-game hobbies I think.
