i cant creat a player

every time i press creat i get a message box that tells: SoSClient.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. wat do i need to do ??:confused:

I had the same problem... so i started downloading all these graphic cards i can find!!
Then when i can create a character, i cannot get into the game!!
It just goes all black and then shuts off.

What OS are you running? What graphics card? When was the last time you updated your drivers?
