Short Description: When you level up to 19 you do not get a pop up saying there is a new quest available, however that is wrong because the Bryn blacksmith gives you a lvl 19 quest. Isn't there supposed to be a pop up every level there is a new available quest or new skills?
Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Level up to 19
Step 2: Buy a quest guide book from general item store to confirm the lack of a pop up
Step 3: Go to the Bryn Blacksmith and check out the Gathering firewood quest and see it's level
