this is not a bug it is an idea.
For fiesta can you put 4 new hair things in?
A friend and I came up with this idea.
New Colors We'd like:
Bright Red
Black
New Styles:
Pigtails (like the ones julia and pey have)
Ponytail (that was in closed beta)
We don't demand this.It's just a good idea.
Also we think it would be good if there was a barber
So that we can change the hair style and color of our character's hair any time
in elderine.Oh and the barber has to be paid 20 copper to style your character's hair.
Hope you use these ideas.:)

I think you should have to pay more like 50s to change colour and 100s to change style. That would prevent frequent hair change.

He knew it, and stated it in his msg. He's just hoping that those who read over the bugs look at it, and take it under advisement. Odds are that won't happen, to be honest. For ideas, they look in the -suggestions- area.
That said, I'm adding my .02 on the idea in question since it's here. I'm agreeable with 50-150s (note the s, not c... copper is way too cheap for that) range for changes to color and style. Those touch the database directly, and will require more coding to implement. That said, I don't want to experience lag due to 500 newbies changing to every hairstyle they see with every color every minute. Pick a style and go with it. Secondary thought: Those who created pre-addition of styles/colors should get 1 freebie to select what they'd like, and then charge for the rest.
