Easy. Click Private Messages near the top, and hit Edit Signature on the side bar ^^.
clerical away to save the day somewhere else!

Very old thread...
Anyway, go to: Options > Edit Signature > In the box, you would put the img tags with the address in between the tags... (address)
So, the address of your picture: is http://www.outspark.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=20893&thumb=1&d=1326963235. In the box, put this address there with the img tags around. It should look similar to this...
[img]http://www.outspark.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=20893&thumb=1&d=1326963235[\img]
^--- Only difference is that the "\" (in red) is "/" instead in the signature box.
