Free Sparkcash offer COMPLETED, but no sparkcash.

I am posting this thread due to my recent experience with complete, but non crediting surveys. I am curious as to how many others have experienced this, and how recently. It may be a coincidence, but this seems to coincide with "improvements" made to the page.

If you have experienced the issue, please post in the following format. The earliest incident of this is what is of interest, so only list the first. Subsequent incidents can be noted, along with other information you might think is relevant.

I have experienced this issue with an offer from: Offerpal.
The status of the offer is: completed
The date of this offer was: 7/22
Sparkcash recieved?: No
My browser is: Mozilla Firefox 3.0.11
Date of last working offer: 7/10

Please also post if offers are working and giving you sparkcash. Keep in mind this seems to be a new issue so don't answer the poll taking into account offers which worked before the site-change.

I submitted a ticket a few days ago, but it takes time for them to get around them. I'm going to link this thread in the ticket a further evidence of the problem.

i got same problem:completed "quests" and no "sparkcash".but i havea notice:
when i contact the outspark staff,it say to contact offerpal media
then i search some notices for offerpal...and i saw lot of threads who say:"offerpal send me fake mail/products with trojan/worms/win32 and other viirus,and lot of spam mail of payment products"....i think this is a joke guys,really,no 1 give nothing for nothing

Offtopic, but offerpal and sometrics are advertising companies. You are effectively selling your contact info to their clients. Thats why you should really have a "spam" email address set up to send all of this mail to. Technically though its not spam because you are requesting the emails by supplying your email address to them.

I'm not sure how many have experienced paid survey taking irl, I was pulled in a mall and handed a 5$ bill for watching a movie trailer and answering some questions about it. Its basically the same thing. The company pays the advertisers, the advertisers pay you for your time.

Downloads are an at-you-own-risk type of thing, I downloaded but didn't install a toolbar, scanned it and it was malware-ridden (browser hijacker, blech)

The safest offers if you browse through them are ones like "sign up for this newsletter" or "make an account for this game" type of things. Then if you know how to do it, some of the surveys will credit.

Just to show it is not a scam, back when it was crediting, here is my history.

I only got half of the SC i got off an offer. So i asked CSR. They said talk to the company you got the offer from. WELL I DONT KNOW THE COMPANY XD

To note, I am able to access Offerpal. I am having the same issue.

All of my status say completed but the sparkcash does not show up. I don't feel like doing the browser information and all that, no offense.

However, I did email Outspark about this and they said email Offerpal. I advised them that I thought there may be something wrong with the actual Outspark Portal and Joker (I think) told me he was forwarding the information off to whoever, yadayada.

Firstly, once the offer is completed or the status is pending, you can't email Offerpal. I checked my email and did get the confirmation emails, so I replied to those. Both times I got no response. Ohjoy.

Normally, once the status said completed the sparkcash would be there. This is not the case. Someone please look into the situation. :(

so... if people are getting the issue that they complete an offer and it doesnt go through, outspark shouldnt fix it? sure they should fix the completed but no sc glitch but still, there are other problems with the system aswell, and they ALL need to be fixed.

I have this problem, as well. I've never had issues with Sometrics, just Offerpal. Like 3-4k sc not being paid up by Offerpal >.>

it used to work, it's just something wrong with it these few days. i have gotten over 15k worth of sc b4 last week's maint.

Would just like to add that I as well have 4 "completed" offers with no reward showing up. And in addition, if OS fails to both fix the problem (as it seems to be on their end) as well as give credit to all of the people with complete/unrewarded offers - super pissed time. But hey, everybody makes mistakes, as long as it gets fixed ;)

What would be very unsatisfying is if they blame Offerpal and nobody ever receives their promised rewards. I'm sure somewhere in the fine print they aren't obligated to do anything, but you only want to screw your community over so much. Hopefully they'll come through :s

All of my offers were reset and cleared from completed, avaliable to do again. No credit was given for any of these already complete offers, though if I had to guess... I'd say it's fixed now? Still lame that everybody got shafted for the things they had already done.

Great that its working, haven't been able to try myself. I got credited for the offer that alerted me to the glitch, a week after completion. But, it had to have been done manualy by the CSR that was handeling my ticket, as I submitted some proof along with the ticket.

The survey said "Get to the score page" and i got to it and got a C+ or whatever. Then i clicked the red X and went to check SC, Nothing. Did it again on diff survey, nothing. :|

I have the same problem. I've done three surveys where you must simply make it to the results page. I do so, however I do not get my SC. I was thinking of using the "Missing Sparkcash" button, but I haven't ever received confirmation emails for the offers I've completed (all free). Am I supposed to receive an email for free offers? How do I report this to CSR if emails aren't sent out?

You guys seem to be having problems with getting offers completed in the first place. That is not the issue this thread is about. The issue here has since been fixed according to people who can do surveys (RIP my computer, new ones on order, so I can't try myself.) Our offers looked like the first one in the image, yet we did not get sparkcash in our accounts.

This is the missing sparkcash page. It shows your history. The first 3 offers in this picture gave me sparkcash. The top one credited automatically. The second two I had to submit proof-my confirmation email (for tests, it would be the URL of the test result page) before crediting. The last offer did not credit, notice the wording next to it, and the contact support button.

Once you do contact support for an offer, it should say something like pending or something, and in a few cases they may request more information.

So how do we get the offers to say Completed? I do what is said in the red text, "view your results." I do so, but the offer still says "Normally within minutes," even hours later.

I did finish one offer all the way through, just to check it out, thinking maybe free sparkcash is too good to be true. Finished it, waited for few hrs, nothing. Then checked back for like 3 days, nothing, just the part where it says "Completed" but no spark cash. Ok, I thought, it is too good to be true, whatever. I didn't spend any real money, no harm done. BTW, I have a separate e-mail address I made along while ago just for spam mail (which i checked to see what they sent lol) and things like this, so really, no harm done. Then, I check back today haven forgotten all about the offer I filled out and bam, sparkcash is there. A whole week later. So it did work for me, I guess it just took a whole week to process. :D

Edit: I should note that I did one of the "Free" ones, the surveys.

Ok, this is getting very annoying. I submitted reports to Sometrics for four offers that I didn't receive credit for. I included tons of evidence. All I get is a generic response and no SC. It's been days now; this blows.

Sometrics is garbage if it loads YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!! Even if you show them you have done it you still wont get sparkcash. With offer pal they rarely give you sp unless you complain ALL THE TIME and it takes FOREVER. If you get peanut lab you in luck... it states instantly recieved and its true 99.9% of the time!

I did it today and completed them and It does not show up that I completed them. I did like the ring tones. My phone has not stop ring with texting from them and no sc. I did surveys competed them and they are not even showing up on my list.I even join netflix and the disney movie they took my money and they are not complete. I could have use that money for spark cash. I am crazy for thinking it would work. I sent in a ticket. I will see.
