I've read over the Gifting FAQ.. And I saw that "Gifts cannot be transferred to other players.." But it's real vague in response to my question.
Is it possible in any way to gift an already purchased item?
I've got 2 100% EXP cards and I'd like to share one..

No, it's not possible.
The only way to gift is to send the item to another account when purchasing it from the store. Once it's in an account's inventory, it's there to stay.

There are no 1500% exp cards, and it clearly reads 2 100% exp cards, note the spacing.
Strange that some people think that closing their eyes to read forums work well.
