Hello Outspark Members,
Our credit card payment processing partner is currently experiencing outages at the moment. Until they resolve this issue, we cannot process any credit card transactions using this method. This payment method has been temporarily suspended until further notice in order to avoid you from unauthorized charges or getting blocked from purchasing.
All of our other payment options are working fine; you may wish to check out PayPal, ClickandBuy, PayByCash etc for online payments, or stop by your local Best Buy or Target store and pick up some Prepaid Cards. All of our payment methods can be found here:
