At the moment it is impossible for a user to give you spark cash without logging into your account. In that case it becomes account sharing which is a ToS violation.
However, if your friends are kind enough they might gift you specific items from the cash shop out of the goodness of their heart. I would like to point out that gifting items in exchange for in game gold or items is also strictly prohibited and is, in fact, bannable.
