Production Scrolls

I'm not sure what's going on...but I have a level 7 Cleric and when I purchased the Elrue scroll and the Lix Scroll I can't use them...I have the skills I want like the potion and the scroll production for alchemy...but when i try to use them...i can't....i can't make items or anything...but it lets me open the menu to try to make the items....

Can a GM please help me...why can't I use the scrolls so I can learn Alchemy??? and is there really a level limit to when it's available?

Do you have enough ingredients to make these production?

It is obviusly becouse you have the 2 profetions that are NOT stone production, and as the elrue and lix and so on are stone production, then you cant learn then, as you have something different in that place. Go get youself some other scrolls for produktion :P
