Some Messages Don't Show Up

sometimes when i type messages in the game it don't comes up and say " blah blah something something " and then you have to try again..... and howcome when sometimes i keeps pressing a skill and i have to wait like 15 more seconds for it to work in KQ and i had enough SP and it didn't need cooldown..... can someone tell me why when i reached lvl 15 i start spawning at Elderine????

1. If you're lagging and press enter immediately after it won't come up.
2. I don't understand.
3. If you die in certain places you go to Elderine while in other places you go to Roumen.
