hi i have a problem with the "Fiesta quick start guide" i can't close it, can anybody tell me how can i close it please??

Or hit Esc, if you're having a display issue. Sometimes, you need to reset the in-game graphics to have the pointer line up properly. (Hit Esc until the menu pops up, go to graphics, and "change" to the resolution you normally use.)

Press M and it will show a map. The red Q is where you need to go. The arrow is you.

i know i desperate but in the start of the game in the character aparace a window

Okay, then you're not in one of the IP restricted countries.
Can you take a screenshot of the error?
(To take a screenshot, hit PrtScrn. If you have Windows XP, the image should be in My Documents -> Fiesta. If you have Windows Vista, the images should be in Documents -> Fiesta. If it is not there, go to Microsoft Paint and hit Ctrl+V.)
After saving the screenshot, head to Photobucket and upload it, then link it to us here, or use the IMG code provided by Photobucket.

For starters, you can't see any quests because that map is Forest of Tides, where you kill monsters to level. You need to find, on the map, the gate to Roumen. Once in Roumen, you'll be able to find Quests that will teach you about the game.
As to disconnecting, that could be caused by many things. It could be your internet can't handle Fiesta or your computer can't or ... many reasons. You might want to check your firewall and anti-virus settings to see if either is blocking/restricting Fiesta.
