Anyone having the problem whereby you stand around in eldy and all of a sudden your character randomly wonders off? it's driving me nuts.

i do especially when i start to lag

It started not long after the tower came i think

It started long before the Tower came. I had characters running for the edge of the Elderine map last November and December.

Someone said they fixed it but it came back...I can't speak to that, as I found the best way to avoid it was avoid Elderine when heavily crowded or during mass guild wars, and can't tell if it was actually fixed for a while or if I just managed to avoid it during that time. *shrug*

Yeah it was fixed, but it's been broke since the tower >.>

i played fiesta for 2years and it does that to me since i started playing btw its not just in eldy roumen too!| D:

its just so terrible thats why i go to sand hill... :P its better but so lonely there :(

Thats been happening since the game has been out, it has never been fixed, it happens the worst in uruga, it happens faster if you leave your chat box open for typing and walk away from the computer =P atleast thats what i got out of it, sometimes also over night vending.

In the mean time, to escape..most effective method besides relog..when you wonder off, press jump and z (to walk) and you should be free.

From what I've heard around these forums, this appears to be a very longstanding problem. If you've already known about it and are attempting to fix it, have you at least made progress?

I notice this 'wandering off' bug happens more when I am decomping or comping near the storage guy in Elderine. >.<
