"Authentication Failed" when Fiesta starts.

Please note: This notice only applies to persons selected for the Fiesta Closed Beta.


We've heard from a small number of our users that they are receiving an "Authentication Failed" message after our Launcher starts Fiesta. Outspark's development team has now resolved the issue.


If you are still unable to log in, smply change your password on our website and attempt to log in again from the Outspark Launcher.


You can change your password by clicking on the "My Account" link in the left sidebar once you have logged in at outspark.com. On this "My Account" page, choose the "Edit" tab at the top, and then type and confirm your new password.


If you need any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@outspark.com. (We will respond as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-3 business days. We will only be able to address technical issues from this email address.)

I didn't get an "authentification failed" message last time I tried to play , (which was just now before I decided to check my progress in Pirate King...) , but I did get a "can't connect to servers" type message. I don't care what other people say, I think Fiesta's a great game.


(lol no wonder I can't get on...closed beta is over...and it was the first one not the second...)

Still having the authentication issue as of 8-15-07. Received an email about being included in the closed beta on August 2nd. Have tried changing my password per the original post with no luck.


Wondering if this is still being worked on, if others are having the same issue, or I misinterpreted the email I receeived.
