Ride mover?

Could someone please explain to me how "Ride Mover" works, i have the skill on my character but i can't get it to do anything.

You need to buy a ride. Like the wooden horse from Pey in Roumen. With the Ride Mover skill, you can ride the wooden horse, or whichever ride you buy.
