KQ Recruiting Time messed up

Why is it that the KQs i want to join (for example GM) they always start to show that its recruiting 10 seconds later or just fill up the kq completly 1 minute before it actually start recruiting?

Its getting on my nerves everytime and i want to know why it happens only to me

It doesn't happen to just you. I have noticed that when my time changes to the time of recruitment, it doesn't say recruiting for about 1/2 minute and then when it is Boom full or close to being full.
