How do I go about setting up a trading mushroom?

I have some items that I've come across on my quests, or have upgraded from that I want to sell, but I don't like the idea of getting a pittance back for my enhanced items that I just upgraded from. So, How do I setup a mushroom shop to let other people buy my stuff I don't need anymore?

[Thrust]

One. Open Mushroom.
Two. Select Buy or sell.
Three place items and assign costs.
Four. Hit open vendor.
Five wait 5-10 minutes to get dced from server.

Press button B and a small screen will appear asking if you wish to buy or sell. Press sell and place the items you wish to sell in the small spaces available. Assign the price and when done click open vendor. Now sit and wait and hope someone will like what they see and buy it.

Hilarious.. hotkey time

1. Press "B"
2. Choose whether you are buying/selling/canceling
3. Drag and drop items in an orderly fashion
4. Assign prices as you complete #3
5. Enter in an appealing name
6. Hit "Open"
7. Reap benefits
8. Give 10% to Ace
9. #8 is optional
10. Well... not really
