When ever i try to log in.. The app does the update.. then the updat gets an error. This is the error inside the log

This is the exact same problem I'm having. It appears to be an issue with actually downloading the patch from the launcher.

same here...It's happening to alot of people. No one has offered any advice on it though...

they REALLY need to put a manual update on the site

Yes, yes they do. It's not like it would hurt anything, and it would save lots of trouble for the people who, for whatever reason, are unable to automatically download the update.

i really don't know what i'm doin but i found a place to talk...(sigh), finally!
how do you start this thing?! please someone help... i'm logged in and everything but i just can't get the game to start am i doing somethin' wrong or what? a thousand accolades to anyone that can help. sorry 'bout postin on this thread but i need some help and can't figure it out...(sighhhhhhhhhhh)

the problem seems to be when it tries to delete the log in your temp directory. So instead of just ignoring that little issue.. Decides to halt the rest of the installation.
