Refer-a-friend event? (Stupid noob question -.-)

I'm about to get started on DGO but I noticed the refer-a-friend event and I would love to invite one of my friends from Audition (a similar style online dance game).

However, I see lots of information about the event itself but nowhere to actually refer someone.

Is it too late - was I supposed to refer them in before the CB actually opened? Or is it something I do in game? Or am I just an idiot and overlooking an obvious answer.

We are in the process of removing the "refer a friend" aspect, but you can definitely tell your friends about it. Have them create an outspark.com account if they don't already have one, and then have them go to www.dancegroove.outspark.com and click on the giant GET ON THE GUEST LIST button. If they get the download, they will be able to play right away. If they don't get the download they will still be able to play, but slightly later.
