Step2: Take other screenshots

Are you sure they are broken? Have you actually checked each one? I've taken multiple screenshots and mine all worked.
Just because the preview doesn't load doesn't mean they are broken.

i've taken 164 screenshots. every single one works fine :/

Yes, I am sure they are broken.

1. When I try to view the image files, error messages appear.
2. Look at that info on the screenshot. It says the file size is 0 bytes. Obviously something's wrong.
