"ID Blocked"??? [i hav been unblocked now]

id like to know why my ID has been blocked and what the purpose of this is, is it becuase i was using fraps and Camstudio earlier 2day to test out making game vids cos i thought that was allowed since other vids hav even been praised by GM's.

The blocking of IDs only occured for a moment, as we were putting in place a fix for an issue involving authentication.
