Ok so i was enjoying my day with my gf and then all of a sudden this box appeared with "Maintence you have been logged out" and i just thought it was a d/c then i went back on and then all m characters were deleted and there was this characters name that said <Removed> Please get my characters back It least my Awsome_Cleric ive spent a year on that character almost everyday i was on it. Please CSR_Joker get it back!

I have removed the character name as it is inappropriate for the forums. Also, CSR_Joker is no longer working for Outspark, and has not for a while now. If you would like to get in touch with one of the CSRs please submit a ticket.
You can do so by selecting 'submit a ticket' from my signature and then selecting 'contact a CSR'. It will take you to a page with a blank form, fill out the appropriate fields and submit :)
If you have any questions please feel free to ask, but I am going to go ahead and close the thread since this is now between you and Outspark :) Best of luck!
