how do i report this?

My account got hacked somewhere between july 25 and july 30th....my chars were deleted and now i have to start over...I don't care about gaining back my lvls..but the items my cleric was carrying and the money that was on that char is irreplacable...i also has os items on her...now my friend's money and my money were wasted....i just want my items...how do i get them back.... by reporting it to the os team? can they do something about it? and how do i go about doing that? give me links please, because i am severely lost and confused....and still crying over my chars because they were my only stress reliever (college sucks big time and i haven't even started) and now i can't even kill a ratman without trouble....

To report hacked accounts you need to submit a ticket with as much of this information as you can:

Due note, that items or characters cannot always be restored. It all depends on the situation and what was done with the account. So there's a chance you may not be able to get those things back.
