If you have a lagging problem nothing would really help except if u just log off and back on your character. or you can press Ctrl+z in towns to hide other characters

There are approximately 8 different kinds of lag. Knowing your system specs would help greatly in figuring out which of the numerous varieties of lag you suffer from :)
