How do I do it? And can I upload my own avatar?

Regular users cannot upload custom avatars. This is a feature that only Outspark Staff and CL's can use.
You can only choose from the avatars provided on the Edit Avatar page. We just recently had a little contest for users to create their own and have a chance for them to be added to the list for a bit more variety.
