Why i can't learns production skill

i buy skill from skill master but i can't learn it:confused:

Go to your skills option, you have to select 2 of the component skills (being stone making, potions, scrolls, comp, decomp) and lock in your choices. Once you select 2 those are permanent and cannot be changed. (based on what we know at this point in time) Once you do so, you'll be able to right click on the skill and if you have the requirements met for it, you will learn it.
