TOWER of izzy-a glitch tower?

hello.
the tower of iyzel is a glitch tower !
now i cant pass the first floor.
please do something,the tower is glitchy!
Some times people cant go to the next floor,cause of the big black cloud!

True. I saw my brother attempt the tower several times yesterday, sometimes when his party defeated all of the monsters they couldn't move to the next floor. But they retried by dissolving the party and remakig it and sometimes they could move on, sometimes it was still bugged.

ive tried everything to supass this bug, from disolving pt, to waiting in tower, waiting out tower, relogging...non works sometimes you just get lucky!

about 9/10 parties i join in tower i have this door glitch either at the imps or the posion golem...this is a MUST FIX for the next patch update.

on the upside, alot of people have quit using tower cuz of this bug so its easier to get in :D

I was in the Tower today for the first time and had to join like 30+ times with the party, that glitch is one hell of an annoying one...

The only 'solution' we figured out was that we tried to punch (no weapons, was kinda funny) the mob on the first floor to take some time till the message appeared. Whenever we killed them off quickly, we couldn't go through the door.
But sometimes not even punching helped :S

This glitch should be fixed as soon as possible.

this happened to me 5 times at the dust golem. It mustve been some scre w up when they changed the tower's capacity limit.

yea and it says for characters up to lvl 49..im lvl 49 and i cant get the quest....y not?? cant get into the tower pass floor 1 with my other character?? big time glitches with the quest and tower!

There's rare occasions that you are forced outside as soon as you enter, and the portal glitch happening on higher floors.

hi, when are u going to fix that problem in the tower? it's been more than 10 times that i tried to pass from the first floor and every time appears that awful black cloud...
hope you can make everything you can to fix it... many people can't continue with their quests from the tower because of this problem...

Yes the tower bug is very annoying. I've tried everything... littarly everything. to using no skills, to only 1 person killing them all, to using no pots or hp stones, using only aoe skills, to fist fighting them, to having only 1 person out of all of party go into tower and kill imps, nothing works, then once after we killed all imps door opened. when we got to 10 floor though the cloud was blocking us... SO MAD!!! Please try to fix this glitch ASAP.

I think it is an issue with the registering of the kills as on the dust boss sometimes you would kill him and his spawns would still live. When this happens the next level would be blocked even after killing everything. So I think it is a bug in reading that all mobs have been killed.

Try this - I was able to get it to work for me this way. Get a party. One character enters tower. After you enter and the guard speaks - try to leave. Yes - leave. If you can exit the tower using the door - the rest of the tower should be fine. Re-enter along with everyone else and kill everything!

If you are stuck inside the tower and cannot get out - quit party and reset the tower. Try again.

Easier than running in and killing imps to find it dont work!

please for the love of god, i read through the new update and what its fixing, new items, item giving bugs come on there are more annoying things out there. the tower for one i personally have 4-6 quests in the tower but cannot complete any of them because i cant get past the first floor, the farthest ive been able to make it is to the stone golem, please fiesta staff this is an extremely irritating problem that im sure hundreds of players are annoyed with.

i understand some things need to been completed on time like scheduled clothing releases but come on hundreds of players are annoyed with this glitch please please devote some more time to the problem. I'm not involved with this games editing or scripting but i am sure that the problem is that too many people are doing the same thing at the same time and the script cant handle it. if that makes things any easier please fix it.

Searching for a thread on this topic where a GM, or CSR even address this issue... None found after searching for almost an hour. Not even mentioned in Streaga's known issues sticky. WHY? WHY? WHY?
Not really to concerned with the tower seeing how I've lvled 3 characters now to 50 or higher without it, but it is a new feature that has been glitched now for 2 or more weeks.
Academy members whine about this to me all day, and I have no answers for them.
Thinking back to the problem we had with the "out of range" issue, I just tell them to wait a few more weeks we might get it fixed...LOL
BTW I've read over 10 threads similar to this one regarding the tower... Not one GM commented yet.......: (

Many of us noticed that these glitches appeared after that patch which doubled number of party's in tower. For few first days towed was bearable but then it started glitching more and more. Tough ppl dont have to wait for hours to get in tower now. Now its just totaly imposible to get in.i liked more when at the tower entrance was 30 ppl that wanted to go in than situation that is now (2 lvl21 noobs trying to get past 2nd floor ).
U must agree with me that good old times(when u had to w8 for hour to get in tower) was better than these days(when u get in tower 300 times a day but cant get past 2nd floor).

Question to GM's

If number of party's in tower would be reduced by half. would that fix anything?

K people reason why (maybe) the tower is glitch is because of the new server to reach to 50. I'm done here ^^

I can see why people are so upset. Usually people go nuts over something that doesnt even last long. In this case, its been going on for ages....which I think is really lame. Its even lamer though, that like another person mentioned, not one gm has even mentioned anything about it. Not kool OS....just not kool =/ Im also guessing that with tonights maint, again nothing will be done....since there is no mention of anything but clothing releases and what not? Gah.

Last maintenance they DID try to fix the bug. The Tower was WORKING for about 6 hours after maint. I personally went to the top. I'm not sure what went wrong after that, but they DID notice something was wrong and DID notice that people have been talking about it. So before you go blaming OS for not listening, DO YOUR RESEARCH!

it is fixed now...kinda but u cant get past golem now so they are doing a good job:) but they could have fixed it all at once instead though:(

I was able to get to the 20th floor last night after the maintenance, and now it's glitchy again.

How about the GM setup a "daily 5-minute maintenance" (supposedly involving just restart of the server software/hardware), so that we can have a good 6-hour window to do our tower quests everyday? How does that sound everyone? Isn't that the best suggestion of the day? xD I'm serious, really! Would a GM kindly consider it please?
