Can't use Stat Reset Scroll

It's a very annoying thing (for me at least), that I can't use the stat reset Scroll...since I got them at Lvl 30..Now I'm lvl 37 :mad::mad:..Every time I try to use it, it only says 'You can't use it'..But this isn't the only thig that I couldn't use...I also can't use any of the learning scrolls, bought at the merchants:mad::mad::mad::confused::confused::confu sed:


Is this only happens to me???...I don't think...

The trick to using stat reset scrolls is you don't really "use" the scroll itself.

As long as they're in your inventory, you should see extra arrows on your character screen. Where you normally have an up-arrow to add stats, until the reset scrolls are all used up there will also be a down-arrow. Clicking that down-arrow lowers the stat by 1, and uses up 1 reset scroll.
