Beforehand, you may ask what is kitting ?
It is a strategy to kill mobs without getting hit. When done correctly, you'll be able to kill yellow con mobs without difficulties (Even orange, depend on your build / equipment).
That's theory, but in reality, you might get a few hit in the process, nothing to be afraid off, 1 or 2 max.
So, are you reay ? here we go:
1st, choose carefully your kitting area, you need enough running space behind you, with no mobs spawn. (Choose about 3 time your ice bolt range).
2nd, you will want to use all your skills at max power, the more damage you deal, the better.
3rd, choose mobs that you can kill in 6 hits, higher than that and mobs will be in melee range hitting the crap out of you.
Now target a mob, make sur you're far enough and start nuking with Ice bolt, you want it slowed. Then immediatly follow with Magic Missile, and Fire Bolt plus Lighning Bolt. (you can do Lighning Bolt then Fire Bolt if you like). Immediatly run backward, and when Magic Missile is available again, shoot again. Keep running if necessery and shoot Magic Missile. By now, the mob should be dead.
Of course, things don't always goes that good. Mobs can resist Ice Bolt's slow effect, or you can miss. In that case, after shooting you 4 primary skills, the mob will be in mele range. Use Magic Burst, followed by Magic Missile. R.I.P bad moffo.
Final notes:
Always keep an eye at your SPR, and learn the maximum you need to kill 1 mob.
Always be aware of your surrounding, trains happen.
Avoid those pesky range casters, kitting doesn't work very good against them, they shoot quickly and hurt a bundle.
Whenever it is possible, use a license, the additional damage output is very handy.
You may want to decrease your magic missile level, to preserve SPR, and be able to kill more mobs with a single SPR bar. Make sur you still kill in 6 hits tho.
