Short Description: When you whisper someone and then use "/r" to whisper them again, it sends (or at least appears to send) the whisper message twice.
Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: whisper someone using "/w NAME blah blah blah"
Step 2: type "/r blah-blah" to whisper them again
Step 3: message is shown twice
