Well, at first dump your points into AGIL. When it's about 18-20, start concetrating on POW - I prefer about 15. Your MPs will be handy in the long run, as well as HP so consider STA and WIS as well.
Other than that, you just have to get a feel of where your character is lacking and how you want to improve him/her. ^_^
Lastly, this thread should be in the General Info page, I would imagine.

oh also I was wondering if you can reset because I put 4 points into STA and POW
