NOTE: it MIGHT be because of my computer but I'm not sure about it
Location: Loading screen
Level of character: no game, no characters
Name of item with issue or song with issue: Loading screen?
Frequency: 10, couldn't play the game so far :(
Short Description: Every time I log in in the CBT hours, the game and the whole computer freezes at the loading screen. It IS POSSIBLE that my computer is fault on this, I'm trying to get a new one somehow... (and I DID reinstall the game but nothing got better)

Steps to Reproduce: For me simply to run the game...
