:confused:ive always wondered and if u can do it because i imagine some people wanna switch servers but does not wanna start a whole new character so if u know please tell me

You can't transfer a new character, being able to do so would destroy the server economies as people would go with bijou with 500s, buy their scrolls for 40-60c/each, then resell them for 120-160c/each on teva... and that's just a small example of how items would disappear from servers that need them, causing a collapse imho.
If you want to play on another server, you'll have to start a new character there and work your way up :)
