Name of item with issue or song with issue: all songs
Frequency: 9.5 (On a scale out of 10, 1 being rarely and 10 being always)
Short Description: i will be playig and then all of a sudden it will freeze, i will be able to move my mouse for a few seconds then it will freeze completely and i can't do anything but restart my computer and most the time the screen will be flashig white or black with the game frozen soemtimes all chars but one will dissapear but you can still see the other reflections on the ground usually the music will continue to play for a while and then it will start to skip and then stop i've tried playing about 15 times and everytimes it happened except for one time i was able to get through one song but then it froze during the next....i really need a solution

Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1:log in
Step 2:either shop or play game
Step 3:start playing or choosing clothes
Step 4:wait, but continue playing
Step 5:it will freeze...
im starting to get frustrated because i can't lvl because of this issue PLZ PLZ help
