"You are already connected."

I login to the game at the splash page, everything loads until I get to choosing the channels. Then it displays the "connecting to a server" message for more than 2 minutes time before giving me a popup that says "You are already connected.". When I click OK, it shuts the game down and returns me to my desktop.

I've been told to try staying logged out of DGO for 15~30 mins for the server to drop you, and try again.

ok.. i tried to log in... and i'm in game.. so it's kinda work for me (for being logged out).... kinda strange... it would be nice to have this message on startup (on launcher) not in game :/

I've got the same problem. Tried logging out for >10 minutes, gonna leave it for an hour or two to see if it fixes, if not I'm going to be sad.

Aww. I tried going to Intermediate channel and then it took so long to connect so I closed it. When I logged in again, it said 'You are already connected' and shut down. Why! We were making a video. :(

No Icon image for shortcut
When you double click the Begginer1 Server, it says 'You're already logged in' and cuts you off.
Same thing happened with the Intermediate and Introduction options too.

These are my issues. I was looking forward to playing this game, I can't even get into it at all ._.

First time I tried entering I went to beginner, but it took too long to log in and I thought it had frozen so I had shut it down, then the 'Already logged in' errors appeared...

I restarted my computer and waiting about 15 minutes before trying to log in again. That seemed to work. Hopefully you guys will be able to get on soon too.

I'm having this problem as well. I've been logged out for hours. I've also logged in and out of Fiesta, didn't do anything. Restarting also did nothing. This sucks! x.x

I first tried Introduction server, coz I just started playing but it was taking a long time to connect. I tried several times but gave up eventually and decided to try the beginner server. Weird thing is that I got that message, even though it was my first time clicking it.

I don't think restarting computer would have helped much.. I had trouble when I tried this morning too, I've restarted and waited but it didn't work. It did work several hours later though.

It seems like the server is taking a while to register that we have logged off, but it doesn't happen for everybody. Some takes a long time, some doesn't. o_o" I'm not sure, just a guess.

Didnt work for me, in the 5 hours that I got that annoying message I rebooted my PC 3 or 4 times and waited longer than 30 minutes before trying again.

I found solutions to this completely random...
Sometimes restarting worked, sometimes it didn't. D:
I waited once for three hours for it to re-register me, and today I only had to wait fifteen minutes. xD
It's pretty annoying that it doesn't appear to have a definite fix (logging in and out of other games?).

Hope this bug gets fixed soon. @_@

Probably isn't a game bug, but the server's fault themselves.. not really sure if it can be fixed by Outspark Dx

Your session is hanging, there should be a wait to kill it. I have seen a few MMORPG's that allow you to 'force login' which kill any ghost sessions that may idle around because the server fails to see you gone.

I think either having a tool in your profile that kills all sessions or an option on the patch since this is where you enter your user/pass.

Alright, I think I have a solution.

Since I play Solstice mostly, I have multiple account, since five characters aren't enough. I logged on with one of my other accounts to Dgo to see if I'd get the same error, I didn't. It bumped my account that was stuck off, since its the same ip. So to counter this error, just make a second account and log on with it when you receive that message, until they resolve the situation.

This is a issue we are aware of and trying to resolve. I had this happen on [GM]Murdock. What I did to resolve it was I stayed logged off for 60 min. I know 60 min. without DGO I may just go nuts... ROFL
