Running Windows 7 here, build 7100.
I've found that disabling the Aero compositing manager, whether ingame or outside, results in the game appearing incorrectly, as shown in the image below.

The cursor still points to what would be the correct position in the expected view, hence the cursor is hovering over 'Out' on the picture but 'In' is highlighted and functions as expected.
Re-enabling Aero instantly solves the problem.
Reproduction steps:
Enable Aero
Run game
Disable Aero while game is running
Observe game
Enable Aero again
Alternatively:
Disable Aero
Run game
Observe game
Enable Aero
