wth? i dc & relog & im missin 10 of each t3 scroll from my inv, those arnt cheap is why i care. & the fact tht ppl only wanna rip other plyrs off by buyin low & sellin high i cant afford to b losin stuff... yea, & no1 kno's my acc info if thts waht ur gonna say or think. & evry1 who kno's me kno im not rich & not worth hackin lol

i'd appreciate an adult-like response instead of gettin laughed at by ur child-like gm's for once, maybe?

im bein serious here, am i the 1st & only one this happened to? & do thy devs rly care bout our gaming experience?

just a concerned gamer wonderin whats goin on...

For starters, calling the GMs "child-like" might not be the best way to curry their favor when needing something fixed.

Secondly, why do you need an "adult-like" response when your post was not "adult-like" itself?

Third, did you receive the scrolls (either by making them, purchasing them, or quest reward) just before you disconnected?

Finally, OutSpark isn't the developer of Fiesta. They distribute it. OnsOnSoft is the developer. I'm sure OS and OOS care about the gaming experience as that is their income.

The GMs, CSRs, and CLs do what they can. They cannot be everywhere at once. They try to address the concerns players have, after all, the players are their income. I've not seen an OutSpark staff member or volunteer laugh at or shrug off a player's concern.

Have you submitted a ticket to OutSpark? Understand that there are a limited number of staff and a vast number of players who submit tickets, so you ticket will be answered, albeit not instantly.
