Alt-Tabing cause game and graphic card crash

When i alt-tab, it works fine, but once i tab back in, i will get a black screen, i tried alt-tabbing back out but game did not let me and if i hit F4 game will not exit. but after a while, the game will crash and i will also receive another crash concerning my graphic card as well. this is the only game that have cause this.

I just downloaded and installed the game today, and the game will not connect me to the introduction channel. If i did, it will say i am already connected.

I'm positive that nothing is wrong with my graphic card, and that all my driver is up to date. these are my computer specs:

Windows XP SP3 32-bits
Thermaltake Armor+ Full Tower \w all 6x 12mm fans & 1x 24mm led fans
Corsair TX750W 750-Watt Power Supply (max of 60amp on a 12v rail)
ASUS P5Q
Intel Dou2 Quad (Q6600)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 CPU Fan
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4890 OC 1GB (with manual fan running at 65%)
Corsair XMS2 DHX PC6400 Memory (2GB)

Alt-tabbing while in fullscreen mode breaks the game.

yeah they say so in the notice when you log in its a know issue
