Hello I'm a lvl 12 cleric and I just have a few question's I would like to ask you all. Even though leveling isn't much of a bother to me I was just wondering if anyone knew where the best place for me to lvl up at is. I was also wondering where the best place for me to make money at is. And also today a very nice person gave me something called the smart phino license and I have no idea what to do with it.

ok, the best way to earn xp and money is to do quests. if you click on the center button of your map youll see all the NPC's in town. if they have a red ! they have quests you can accept. if they're green if means your finished with the quest and you can turn it it. (to see active quests push the k button)
for a lv12 Forest of Mist and the nothern part of Sea of Tides is where you'll want to be.
one of the npc's in Roumen (dont remember his name, havnt been there in a while >.<) allows you to attach the license to your weapon. this will give you a bonus damage to that monster. also, the more you kill the higher the license and the more damage all the way up to bonus 50% (if i remember right, it takes a LONG time to fully complete a license)
you can either sell your mats to npc's (not reccomended at lower levels), vend them to other players, or use your alchemy skills that youve selected to make items (potions, elrue, scrolls ect) and then sell them to other players. :)

Adding to the above post do Kingdom Quests as well they are really good for people who dont play much but want to get a decent amount of exp as well. Although getting into them can be difficult since there are hundreds of other players trying to get in as well but if you keep practicing youll find that you can start to get in easier.

I find that the Roumen quests are only worth it for a brand new player. And then, it's not so much for the EXP gain, but for the scrolls and copper. By the time I made my third character, I completely ignored Roumen quests, since I had a 30+ character to support me. If you want fast levels, grinding and KQ is the way to go, until mid 20's, when you'll get a few quests worth a decent chunk of EXP, such as gold slimes = 1,000 experience when you only need 18,000 or so to level.

Around the low 30's is when the quest exp begins to plateau in terms of efficiency. A quest that awards 5,000 experience when you need ~200,000 experience to level is not very attractive...Considering you can grind in CP at that point for a much better rate of return. At this point, the reason for questing is to break up the monotony of grinding, and perhaps for a few select rewards that you're after.

Level 12 ~ Ratman/Boar (Forest of Mist)
Level 14 ~ Boogy/Mara Pirates/Mini Pinky (Sea of Greed)
Level 17 ~ Mara Pirate Sailor/Elite (Sea of Greed)
Level 20 ~ GraveDiggers/Baby Bat (Burning Hill -- Complete lvlup quest FIRST)
Level 24 ~ Gold Slimes/Glow Wolves/Marlone Megaton/Archer (Burning Hill)
Level 27 ~ Bats (Moonlight Tomb)
Level 28 ~ Bats/Spiders/Imps (Moonlight Tomb)
Level 30 ~ Spiders/Imps/Zombies (Moonlight Tomb)
Level 32 ~ Baby WereBear/Tomb Fox (Vine Tomb)
Level 34 ~ Hobs/Bone Imps/Ghosts (Vine Tomb)
Level 37 ~ Goblins (Goblin Camp)
Level 40 ~ Harkans/King Coll/Vampire Bat (Collapsed Prison)

All of the above are estimated solo spots for a Cleric.

Thank you for the help guy's. My biggest concern right now has been getting money because that is much more vexing than merely leveling up so your help has been much appreciated.

Well at your current level Kingdom Quests are without a doubt the fastest way to level up than the other methods said here but they do lack the money. So try farming mushroms and herbs while doing King Slime KQ at the same time.
