You have to learn how to work around Vista.

Vista will not allow you to access any online application without permission.

This is commonly referred under UAC settings (User Access Control).

After downloading the Pando application, Right click on the exe and select "Run as Administrator". Select Allow, Yes/OK confirm. Voila.

Same goes for patching the client. You have to run the Fiesta.exe as Administrator (same as above).

This can easily be avoided by turning OFF your UAC.

When you try to download it again, do you first remove all previously downloaded files? If you don't, you could try that?

You can also disable the UAC by clicking on Start, and then clicking on the user Icon at the corner of that. It'll take you to all of the account options for the computer.

I'm going to move this to Troubleshooting.
