Glitch on GOLDEN HILL KQ QUEST ??

I think there is a glitch on the last part of GOLDEN HILL KQ quest from the NPC in Elerine.
The reason I say this is because when I got to the third section of the quest it simply didn't have the option of letting me accept~

This also happen to my friends who is playing as well.....

If is a glitch ~ can GM Fix it????
( cuz KQ is limited access by level I don't want to miss the chance of finishing all part the quest )

Golden Hill KQ Quest list

1 part -- 10 Golden Bug

2 part -- 5 skeleton & 5 Golden Hill Bats

3 part -- The boss <--- unable to accept because there is no option for it

It's has the same bug on Apoline and even tho it just patched the bug is still present.
