Unable To Connect To The Remote Server

I just installed the game today, and I always see this message on my launcher. its already 10:30AM, so are the servers are still close? thanks

i mean it worked when my internet restarted and i went on in the morning but i couldnt play since i had to go to school D=

This is not necessarily a problem with the game itself seeing as the servers should be online 24.7 now until midnight tomorrow for the final stretch of Closed Beta testing.

I suggest checking your firewall and internet connection first. Then try restarting or waiting for a bit before trying the game again. It's worked for me and for many other people.

MY firewall in off, i did reinstal game for about 4 times. Launcher works but i dont see the site but a blank page that says that i don't have connection and on the bottom of launcher i see the same thing "Unable To Connect To The Remote Server".Please help me... :<

Well at the moment, the servers are offline since CB1 has officially ended.

If you received that message while CB1 was activate, then I would suggest a software firewall or possible hardware firewall like a router. Please ensure you do not have any software such as peerguardian or ZoneAlarm that monitors your computer traffic.

Other programs such as AntiVirus programs might monitor for internet traffic and block specific ports. If you are one hundred percent sure that it is not software related, then I would look at your router if you connect to one and make sure proper ports are on and it can also help to have uPnP enabled as well.

If you are directly connected to your cable/DSL modem, then check with your provider (Internet) to make sure that your router does not have a firewall installed. Routers from Verizon are known to have routers active and very protective, you might have to modify some policies in the router to change this.
