yep I have the same issue I don't know exactly where because I died, headed into town to turn in a quest, and when I got back inside the tower my pty told me that there was a glitch still. UMMM... Outspark what exactly was the 8-04-09 matinence really for?

they will fix in time and im glad it's broken less people are lvling because they can't lvl without the stupid tower

Outspark has to get bug fixes like this sent over from OnsOn. Before it can be fixed the problem has to be isolated, then sent to OnsOn where they find a way to fix it, test it, send it back over and then Os has to implement it.
It takes time.
