View Full Version : (Hope GM reads) Accidentally bought two engagement rings instead of one

I'd read on multiple sites, including outspark, about needing to purchase an engagement ring at Uriel, and all of them made it seem like each person had to buy one. So, we each bought one, only to find that once one of us proposed, the other's ring was useless. So, I was wondering if there was anyway to get the 200s back for that ring. I've heard entering a support ticket, but i dont know how to do this. I hope a GM reads this and understands, because to someone new to the whole wedding thing, it really wasn't clear whether only one ring was needed or not. They said the total ingame cost of the wedding would be 400s, and the two rings at 200s each just added up.

They won't refund ingame money just so you know, it was your mistake not a ingame error or bug. Sorry to let you know but someone might as well off done it.

But yes, in-game currency is not refunded, and rarely is SparkCash. =\
