Just felt like using the format they had in the sticky thread. :P
Location: Anywhere
Level of character: 11 (doesn't matter about the level...)
Name of item with issue or song with issue: Messaging system...
Frequency: 10 (I've only gotten 2 messages since being on DGO 2/2 were like that.)
Short Description: All text will be question marks.

Step 1: Recieve a message.
