Er.... hmmm. How "noob"ish are you? From what I can tell, this game isn't restricted to in-character dialogue in any way so you should be fine just playing. Just talk like you normally do, be polite, and have fun :)

Just read what the NPC's tell you and youll know everything(well almost everything)
